Signature update

After browsing through the Admin Control Panel I found out that we can turn on the option for images in signatures. So I messed around with the settings and now any member of the forum can post a signature or banner type image 450px by 100px to place in their signature using the [img] tags. This can be a banner to link to your website, blog, or anything else using the [url] tag with the image tag within it. It will be easy to host your image should you choose to use an image, using the tinypic website http://www.tinypic.com
